The famous Fascists Blackshirts disbanded. Group of Blackshirts stand together in a park, are then seen marching and saluting as they walk through town streets in front of crowds watching them. After the "March on Rome", Mussolini decides that the Fascists must be broken up. Scenes of the last march through the streets of the city. At the Altar of the Country where Blackshirts kneel and swear fidelity to King and Country. They march up the steps of the Monument and take the Oath of Allegiance, then march by and salute the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier.
