Film shows town streets, cars driving by, people on the streets etc, cornet band on a wagon, new barn building opening, men chopping wood with people watching, a clown with balloon, the local police force, Home Motor Sales, Chardon Auto-service, Chardon Radio Service, Evans Chevrolet, and the firms of Parks & Baker and Burr & Smith.
